Project Description:

This project is about Hiring Process Analytics where we will do our analysis over the data set provided to get insights about the data. Basically, we will perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) where we will try to summarize, visualize, and identify missing values of the data which will help us to answer the various questions related to data that is being asked. We are going answer questions like, how many males and females are hired? What is the average salary offered in the company? etc.

Approach

We will be performing our analysis on Microsoft Excel using various in-built formula of Excel and we will go step by step in finding out the answers to the questions asked related to the data set. For EDA first we will understand the various columns, the data it contains and their characteristics then we will start with validating our data table through in-built tables functions which will give us filter option as well for all the columns. Then we will look for duplicates in the data set and if any we will remove it through remove duplicate inbuilt function of excel. We will check for missing values in the data set as well. We will check

for outliers in the data by using scatter plot. We will remove the outlier if and draw summary and conclusion about the data.
